Repair Policy
Our Jewelry will be repaired free of charge for one full year. (and yes I know you really like it, so longer if possible) Understand sometimes a piece is so rare or a one of a kind and is unable to be duplicated, or repair, because the components,and or beads are no longer available.
We know that you loved that special piece , so we do our best to repair, or replace the piece , or make an item you love just as much, a refund is always available.We seldom have problems with the beautiful quality we provide, but if you are in need of a repair, even if the dog chews on it , or you sent it to the washing machine. We realize accidents happen, and we understand you love your piece of Jewelry so let me try to make it like new again.
